We are very proud to again sponsor the WA Education Awards in 2010, specifically the WA Numeracy School of the Year.
Congratulations to Busselton Senior High School, winner of this category for 2010. The introduction of the Getting it Right numeracy program has changed the way mathematics is taught at Busselton Senior High School. Classes have been transformed from traditional text based lessons to exciting, innovative lessons with enthusiastic teachers and students. The school’s specialist numeracy teacher also mentors teachers at other schools on effective mathematics teaching and techniques to improve student results.
Grants for financial literacy projects
We offer WA public schools grants of up to $2,500 each for their financial literacy projects each year.
