eCommunication

You can receive important information, special offers and statements from us electronically, via post, or even both. The choice is yours.
Switch to eCommunication and receive:
Online statements - stop waiting to receive statements by post and reduce your carbon footprint by viewing all your statements online conveniently in one place.
Product change information - such as interest rate changes and any changes to our Conditions of use and Fees and charges.
Marketing - such as e-newsletters*, special offers, events and more.
*Chalkboard and Edvest newsletters can contain important information relating to a member's accounts and current services, therefore they will continue to be sent with your statements or electronically (via email) if you have opted into eCommunication.
Notices - such as the Annual Report and the Annual General Meeting notification.
Make the switch today and be the first to know
There are three simple ways to switch your communication preferences:
- Internet banking – under the eCommunication menu
- Phone – call us on 13 12 21
- Visit any of our offices.
If you’d rather continue to receive information from us via post, then that’s okay too. Simply manage your communication preferences in any of the above ways and we will service your communication preferences accordingly.
Keep your email address up-to-date
By updating your email address via internet banking, you will ensure you don’t miss out on any important news, information, special offers, or statement notifications arriving in your inbox.
Simply log in to internet banking, go to the eCommunication menu, click on ‘Change preferences’ and update your details now to take full advantage of eCommunication. It’s that easy.
If you are not currently registered for internet banking, please call us on 13 12 21 to register and start taking advantage of eCommunication.
Important security information: Teachers Credit Union will not contact you via email, to ask you to provide or confirm personal information (e.g. credit card number, account number, internet banking access code and/or PIN). For security purposes, we recommend that you do not use hyperlinks, active or otherwise, from emails to undertake financial transactions. We recommend that you only log into internet banking via our website address as disclosed on your account statements.

Access your accounts online anytime at your convenience. If you are not registered for internet banking, apply now.

For every member who switches to eCommunication, we'll donate $1 to the Teachers Environment Fund. The Fund is a Teachers Credit Union initiative to assist public schools and TAFEs around Australia with their long-term sustainability.
