Any member who is registered for internet banking can switch to online statements.
Select View from the Online statements menu in internet banking.
If you currently receive a paper statement for each of your member numbers, you may require a separate internet banking logins to access online statements. Please contact us for more details.
No, online statements are the same as paper statements and it is a legal requirement to display all accounts.
You can view your joint account online statements if your joint account is displayed on the paper statements received in your name each month. For further information on your joint account please contact us.
You will receive an email around the 5th day of the month for normal statements and the 28th day of the month for Teachers Credit Card statements advising that your statement is available to view.

Statements will remain available in internet banking for two years. After two years, statements are archived and no longer available for online view; however a paper statement is available on request. Refer to the Fees and charges brochure for details on fees and charges which may apply.
Yes, online statements can be saved to your PC or media device.
A transaction listing does not contain the required legal disclosures, eg opening and closing balances for the month, interest, fees incurred.
Online statements are delivered using the same security function as internet banking and web chat (128-bit SSL encryption).
You should check your web browser settings as some may automatically save a copy of your online statement to your desktop or to a temporary file.

No, Teachers Credit Union online statements are provided in PDF format only. These files can be viewed using any PDF reader software, such as the Adobe Reader software available from www.adobe.com.au.
To export transactions in other formats (CSV, OFX, OFC and QIF), log in to internet banking, select Transaction History on the Welcome Page, and click Download at the bottom of the Transaction History listing.
