Sponsorship guidelines
Thank you for considering Teachers Credit Union. We sponsor numerous initiatives in the education community each year and aim to develop partnerships with the organisations that we sponsor.
When receiving sponsorship requests, we consider:
- its fit with our role in the teaching and education community
- its fit with our values and goals
- the opportunities available to promote Teachers Credit Union’s products and services
- the opportunities available for us to use photos and comments related to the event/initiative
- whether there is an opportunity to develop an ongoing and personal relationship
- whether we are offered full naming rights
- the timeframe.
Sponsorship requests
Please provide a proposal including the following information:
- an overview of your organisation
- key details of the initiative and its aims
- sponsorship options
- whether it is a one-off or a recurring event
- expected participation/attendance numbers and demographics
- branding and promotional opportunities for Teachers Credit Union
- overview of the marketing plan
- list of sponsors who have committed to date
- timeline of the event
- opportunities for our staff to be involved with the event or your organisation
- an explanation of how the sponsorship will be reported to us and evaluated
- whether a key member of our staff can become involved with your activities to manage the relationship.
Please note that we do not sponsor individuals or individual school inititiaves.
If you are requesting sponsorship for a conference please apply here allowing an adequate time frame for your proposal to be considered.
