Processing times and credit card statements affected by Easter and ANZAC Day holidays

With the Easter and ANZAC Day successive public holidays fast approaching, we wish to make you aware that our credit card statements and processing times for payments and transfers will be affected during this period.

Processing times

Any Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) made after 2.30pm AEST on Thursday, 21st April 2011 will not be processed until 9.30am AEST on Wednesday, 27th April 2011.

Any BPAY payments made after 4pm AEST on Thursday, 21st April 2011 will not be processed until 11am AEST on Wednesday, 27th April 2011.

Please also note that any payments made on Wednesday, 27th April 2011 will take 24 to 48 hours to process.

Credit card statements

Online statements will be available via internet banking from 6pm AEST Thursday, 28th April 2011. Printed statements will be lodged on Monday, 2nd May 2011.
