Merger will not proceed

Teachers Credit Union recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with mecu Limited, to explore the possibility of a merger between the two organisations. 
 
Following an extensive review, the Boards of both credit unions have agreed that at this time a merger would not be mutually advantageous. Therefore the merger will not proceed.

Both Boards wish to acknowledge each other’s efforts during the evaluation process.
