Interest rates reduced on 3 year fixed rate home loans

Great news for our members - we have taken a generous 0.9% off the interest rate on the following two home loan products, effective 1st April 2009.

• Teachers Fixed Option Loan, 3 year fixed interest rate will go down from 6.49%pa to 5.59%pa (comparison rate 5.88%pa).
• Teachers Interest Only Loan, 3 year fixed interest rate will reduce from 6.59%pa to 5.69%pa (comparison rate 5.91%pa).
