2009 Annual General Meeting

Our forty third Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 17th October 2009. Details of the meeting are outlined in the Notice of Annual General Meeting papers you received in the mail. The papers include proposed changes to our Constitution which will enable the Credit Union to meet its future corporate governance obligations and ensure it is positioned well to respond the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Your Board recommends adoption of the proposed changes.

If you are attending the AGM please let us know by the 7th of October, including your child minding requirements. If you are unable to attend, you can exercise your vote by completing and returning the Proxy form you received by Thursday, 15th October 2009.
