Teachers Credit Union's Board, Management and Members Committee are committed to a high standard of corporate governance.

Teachers Credit Union is an Authorised Deposit Taking Institution (ADI) regulated under the:

• Banking Act 1959 by Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) and the 
• Corporations Act 2001 by Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC).

We comply with the same credit, fair-trading and conduct laws and rules imposed on banks by states, territories and the Federal Government.
