Everyone deserves access to affordable financial services, but too few have it today. Credit unions have a very important role in providing financial opportunities to the poor, unemployed and others living in poverty who are excluded from accessing traditional credit.

We support the Credit Union Foundation Australia (CUFA), the development agency for Australian credit unions, to assist credit union members in the Asia Pacific region to free themselves of debt to unscrupulous money lenders, ensure safety of their savings and experience financial security.
