The Teachers Credit Union Limited E*TRADE Online Share Trading (Teachers Credit Union Limited E*TRADE Online Share Trading) service is provided solely by E*TRADE Australia Securities Limited (E*TRADE Australia) ACN 074 973 873, AFSL No. 238277, a Participant of the ASX Group, under an agreement between E*TRADE Australia, Shared Services Pty Ltd and Teachers Credit Union Limited. When referring you to E*TRADE Australia, a portion of the brokerage fees paid by you to E*TRADE Australia will be rebated to Teachers Credit Union Limited as a commission. Teachers Credit Union Limited may receive between 8% to 12.5% of the brokerage payable to E*TRADE Australia plus a trailing commission to Teachers Credit Union Limited and its related bodies corporate (to the extent permitted by law) have no legal liability to you in respect of the Teachers Credit Union Limited E*TRADE Online Share Trading service and the activities and services of E*TRADE Australia and its related bodies corporate.
