It's a straightforward process
Obtaining assistance
1. Call 13 12 21 and be connected to our Credit Assistance team, 9am to 5pm weekdays. Alternatively complete the application for credit assistance and post it to us with supporting documentation
2. A staff member will confidentially review your situation and determine how we can assist you manage your financial obligations with us over the short and longer term. This can include helping you find solutions if you’re in arrears or unable to make your contracted repayments on a home or personal loan, or identifying alternative banking arrangements that could better suit your circumstances
3. After a review occurs and a decision is made, we will implement necessary amendments to your accounts.
