Frequently asked questions - Credit Assistance
The Credit Assistance service is available for you to call weekdays, 9am to 5pm AEST.
Yes. All members of Teachers Credit Union are able to use the Credit Assistance service, in times when you find yourself over-committed on your Teachers Credit Union loans or accounts.
No. Only independent, government-approved financial counsellors can do this. The Credit Assistance team may suggest to some members that they contact a financial counsellor about their overall financial solution if appropriate.
