Yes you can. You are no longer required to have an S1 Everyday Account to be a member.
Only your first S1 Everyday Account that is linked to the exemption criteria is exempt.
Only the person who is the first named account holder on the term deposit will have their S1 Everyday Account exempted from the fee.
Yes. If the business account has an S1 Everyday Account then the access fee will apply, as well as any other business fees applicable to them.
To be exempt from the fee, all accounts have to be under the one member number.

Unless you fall into another category you will be charged the access fee.
