Card options
To access your money quickly and conveniently, you have the choice of two cards:
A Visa debit card is a great way to access your own funds in your transaction account. You can use it anywhere in Australia and worldwide where Visa is accepted. It even has built in chip card technology for additional security.
This versatile card allows you to:
- pay bills and purchase over the phone and internet
- use it at 24 million Visa locations worldwide
- withdraw cash at any ATM in Australia
- make purchases or cash withdrawals at any EFTPOS outlet in Australia
- withdraw cash at Australia Post offices with Bank@Post™ facilities
- make fast and convenient payments on purchases up to $100 with payWave
- make small value purchases with no PIN or signature for transactions under $35*
- secure protection of Visa Zero Liability.

Three easy ways to apply:
1. online in internet banking - select the Other menu and Apply Visa debit card or
2. download and complete the application, or
3. contact us.
You need to be over 18 years of age to apply for a Visa debit card.
rediCARD
A rediCARD is an access card for your transaction account. Use it to:
- withdraw cash at any ATM in Australia
- make purchases or cash withdrawals (where available) at any EFTPOS outlet in Australia
- withdraw cash at any Australia Post office with Bank@Post™ facilities
- withdraw cash at any ATM worldwide displaying the Visa PLUS logo.
A daily withdrawal limit of up to $1,050 applies to cash withdrawals and up to $1,000 at EFTPOS and Bank@Post.

Additional cards
You can have another Visa debit card on your account for another person to use. Just complete an additional Visa debit card application.
